3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided the shipping label has not yet been generated.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return if your item meets our return criteria.

Please double-check all order details before checkout. Valverry is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
